A couple of observations/questions from a non-legal type:

First how can the U.S. Government ever prove illegal gambling took place without data from the sportsbooks servers which they will never be able to get. There can't possibly be a U.S. law making it illegal to send money to or from Matchbook (which is legally licensed in the country it is in, Antigua) written anywhere in U.S. law.

Second, (although you really need to check with a lawyer on this one), but I'm pretty sure regarding money laundering where the money comes back to you from a foreign country, [B]it can only be...[/B]
